Notice is hereby given that the 19th Annual General Meeting of the Contact Centre Association of Malaysia (CCAM) will be held on 4th September 2018 (Tuesday) at 3:00pm in RUANG, No. 1, Jalan SS 18/6, SS 18, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia to consider the following matters: –
1) Approving the minutes of previous year Extra-ordinary General Meeting.
2) To receive and adopt the Annual Report of the Executive Committee on the working of the Association during the previous year.
3) To receive and adopt the Treasurer’s report and the audited accounts of the Association for the financial year ended 31st December 2017.
4) To appoint two (2) Internal Auditors for the ensuing year.
5) To appoint a Licensed External Auditor for the ensuing year.
