ABOUT CC-APAC

The Contact Center Associations of Asia Pacific (CC APAC) is a group of Contact Center Associations from across Asia Pacific.

CC-APAC alliance association members are namely: CCAM Malaysia, Auscontact, CCAS Singapore, CNCCA China, HKCCA Hong Kong, ICCA Indonesia, TCCDA Taiwan, TCCTA Thailand, CCNNZ New Zealand and BACCO Bangladesh.

The mission of the CC-APAC is to promote active regional collaboration of best practices sharing, networking amongst like-minded customer experience professionals & in country Contact Center Association members which includes participation in respective events, awards and symposium/summits.

CCAM ALLIANCE WITH CC-APAC

The Contact Centre Association of Malaysia (CCAM) is an alliance association of the CC-APAC representing Malaysia.

CCAM is an association dedicated to the advancement and development of the Malaysian Contact Centre Industry.

CCAM’s membership range from different diversified sectors such as, banks and financial institutions, insurance, telecom providers, manufacturers, government departments, utilities, transportation and health care providers, hospitality, information technology providers and much more.

The Contact Centre Association of Malaysia was founded in 1999. Since then, it has been at the forefront leading and developing the local contact centre industry. It is a strategic think-tank, an educational platform, and a progressive establishment geared towards constantly improving the calibre of industry professionals.
