National Contact Centre Conference (NCCC)

From the bottom of our hearts, we would like to thank you for making the 13th National Contact Centre Conference (NCCC) a huge success! The theme was “Shaping The Future” was well in play as members of the industry came together on the 21st of May 2024, at the Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel.

This was the biggest NCCC yet, with a record of sponsor partnerships and delegate participation.  It is indeed a strong reflection of how much the CX and Contact Centre industry in Malaysia has grown.

The journey of the Call Centres from three decades ago into today’s Omni-Channel Digital Customer Experience Centres was celebrated with great interest and enthusiasm in what’s next. Artificial Intelligence was at the forefront of the conversations with Wellness, People, Culture and CX strategic thinking also holding strong views throughout the 1-day.
