Hi everyone,
 
Please join me in welcoming our newest team member at CCAM – Manjelah Thavamoney.  Better known as Manju, she joins us on Wednesday, 14th April 2021 as Executive Director, working closely with the President and the Executive Committee, to help expand relationships with our key stakeholders.
 
Manju brings with her the foresight of taking CX to greater heights in an ever-changing business environment.  With over 40 years of working experience that spans across industries like Hospitality, Telecommunications, Banking & Finance, and Information Technology, Manju has held various roles from being an individual contributor to a people manager.  She was the CSR ambassador at the last organisation she worked for and has encouraged many sustainable activities.  Her last position was as a Senior Consultant at this multinational organization.
 
Manju is not new to CCAM.  She is a founding member of the Association since 1999 and has been active with the Association since.  She has held positions as vice president and secretary, and is well versed with its mission.  She holds a Certificate in NEBS Management from City and Guilds of London, Certification in ITIL Foundation, and ITIL Practitioner; Support and Restore as well as Prince 2 Foundation.
 
On the personal front, she is married with three children.  I recently learnt that on Saturday afternoons, she teaches English over Zoom to underprivileged children at HOPE Worldwide Kuala Lumpur, and enjoys gardening and reading novels and biographies
 
I am excited to see Manju apply her industry experience to help CCAM grow our membership and reach our goals!
 
Once again, please join me in welcoming Manju as our newest member. I am sure she will be dropping by your office in person or virtually soon enough to say hello!
