Results of Election and 2021/2023 Executive Committee

The Contact Centre Association of Malaysia (CCAM), the recognised leader in advancing the contact centre industry in Malaysia, has elected its Office-Bearers and Executive Committee for 2021-23 at its 22nd Annual General Meeting held on Tuesday 06 July 2021.

The following individuals take up office with immediate effect:

Office – Bearers

Of their election, Raymond Devadass, re-elected as President of CCAM said, “On behalf of the contact centre industry in Malaysia, I am grateful to each of these individuals who offer their unique expertise and experience voluntarily in support of CCAM’s mission to ‘enable the growth of Malaysia as a contact centre hub by growing talent, corporate value and industry competitiveness’. It is a privilege to have them as Office-Bearers, EXCO members and Internal Auditors and I look forward to working with them all, as well as with the Secretariat lead by Manju Thavamoney”.
