National Contact Centre Conference 2021

Thank you so much for making time to be at the 10th National Contact Centre Conference (NCCC) last week.
CCAM is grateful to see the industry come together. The Organizing Committee with the CCAM Secretariat have made available the content and all recordings on our event platform for your viewing pleasure. These recordings will remain available till 30 September.

The Malaysian Contact Centres stood tall in the eye of the storm and the stories with best practices came alive at last week’s NCCC sessions – so much to learn, so much to do and we should walk with pride to achieve more together.
