Hear It From The Individual Champion of 2022

This is a ‘not to be missed’ webinar, especially if you are participating or planning to participate in the Individual Categories for the CCAM Annual Industry Excellence Awards. This panel discussion, held on the 13th of July 2023, from 3:00pm to 4:30pm will feature individual award winners from CCAM Annual Industry Awards in 2022.

  • Vikneswari Panneerselvam of DHL Express, winner of the award for Best Contact Centre Support Professional: Trainer

The session will be moderated by the Lead Judge for this year’s awards, Mr. George Aveling and promises to give you practical insights on the awards process.
