The 10th National Contact Centre Conference (NCC) by Contact Centre Association of Malaysia (CCAM) that was to be held on 2 July 2020 is officially cancelled.
This decision was taken after careful deliberation of the local government guidelines for large gatherings & congregations. As the threats of the COVID-19 virus remain present despite the ease made towards movement restrictions rules, we fully respect & recognize the intricacies of any physical gatherings.
All the best practice sharing will now be taken onto the virtual space, through the CCAM Webinar Series that has been actively running from the start of this year. There is so much innovation & opportunities for sharing within the Malaysian contact centre fraternity as the new norms become a permanent feature in one of the best contact centre hubs in the world.
