Notice is hereby given that the 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Contact Centre Association of Malaysia (CCAM) will be held as follows:
Date: Friday, 11th July 2025
Time: 3:00 PM
Venue: Sheraton Petaling Jaya
(and at any adjournment thereof)
For the following purposes:
- To confirm the Minutes of the 25th Annual General Meeting.
- To receive the Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2024.
- To elect members of the Executive Committee for the new term.
- To appoint the Auditor for the ensuing year.
- To consider and, if thought fit, pass the Special Resolutions pertaining to the proposed amendments to the Constitution of the Association.
- Any other matter duly notified in accordance with the Constitution.
