Tommy Ng
Tommy is the Country Director of Nubitel Technology, a leading provider of Contact Center , Digital Automation and Enterprise Solutions. He is responsible bring growth to the Nubitel Apac group. He has been instrumental in taking Microtel Technology next-generation communications solutions to multiple geographies including Thailand, Brunei, Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam and Philippines. He has implemented Contact Centre Solutions across the region for both captive and outsourced call centers. His interests include Digital Transformation at Contact Centers and delivering solutions for integrating business processes management for customer facing functions.
Tommy has more than 20 years of experience in the CX industry. He has been serving CCAM since year 2014 as an Exco (2014), Honorary Secretary(2016) and Vice President (2017-2025) and is the Awards Committee of The CCAM Awards (2017 & 2018) & 2023 CCAM Awards Chairperson. His objectives are to promote digital innovation, customer experience and to share industry practices to Contact Centres in the region for industry development.
