
Vigneswaran Sivalingam
Vigneswaran Sivalingam, better known as Vig, is the Country Director of TDCX Malaysia which happens to be leading BPO service provider in Malaysia, which is a part of a global operations.
Vig comes with a total of 28 years work experience, with the recent 6 years spent in the world of business process outsourcing. Currently, he is responsible for Operations, Business Development, Client Solutions and Shared Services at TDCX Malaysia. His role covers various industry verticals in more than 20 different geographies across Asia Pacific; and the expertise ranges into telecommunication, financial services, automobile, airlines, hospitality, broadcasting & entertainment, eCommerce, technology, consumer electronics, FMCG amongst others.
Vig comes with a unique distinction of having served successfully in both inhouse corporate and business process outsourcing. Prior to his work in the BPO sector, Vig spent his first 21 years in a successful career at Malaysia’s premium telecommunications service provider, Maxis Bhd, where he capped his time holding senior level responsibilities such as Head of Customer Experience, Head of Channel Development and Head of Customer Operations.
His achievements in the industry through both individual & corporate honours are a total standout. Having led his organizations towards industry excellence in Operations, CRM, Customer Experience, Tech Innovation and People Management; Vig is among a rare few industry leaders in Malaysia to have been recognized with the prestigious industry Career Achievement Award by CCAM back in Y2013. Vig is also certified as a COPC CX Implementation Leader, trained in CIAC Strategic Leadership and a firm believer in ISO standards and Six Sigma improvement tools through his many successful implementations.
Across the larger nation building efforts, Vig stays actively involved through thought-leadership, advisory & consultancy work that promotes Contact Centres, CX thought-leadership, Employment opportunities. He actively contributes through sub-committee work at the CCAM, MDEC, HRDF & SIRIM.
Vig was elected to the office as the President at the Contact Centre Association of Malaysia (CCAM) in July 2023.
