
This is the final call to be part of the grand engagement at the National Contact Centre Conference (NCCC) on 22nd June 2023.
We have received very good response in the registration and attendance for the NCCC, and have added more seat allocations due to this high demand. It is critical to now complete all registrations by Monday (19 June) so that the Organizing Committee from CCAM can plan for a successful engagement.
This year’s NCCC is the 12th edition in the overall series where we look to review the current industry as is and to help provide thought-leadership into the next phase of business. The changing conditions in the economy, globalization and digitalization has proven to be a boon for some as well as a bane for others – but one thing for sure is that we are in some very exciting times that seem like a crossroad for an interesting future. The NCCC will give you rich content and a very interactive engagement to know more, to be able to visualize a better CX and Contact Centre operations for your brand.
