27th Annual General Meeting (AGM)

    Dear Members,

    Notice is hereby given that the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Contact Centre Association of Malaysia (CCAM) will be held as follows:

    Date: Friday, 10th July 2026
    Time: 3:00pm – 5:30pm
    Venue: VE Hotel, Bangsar South
    (and at any adjournment thereof)

    For the following purposes:
    1. To confirm the Minutes of the 26th Annual General Meeting.
    2. To receive the Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2025.
    3. To appoint the Auditor for the ensuing year.
    4. To consider and, if thought fit, pass the Special Resolutions pertaining to the proposed amendments to the Constitution of the Association.
    5. Approval for investment.
    6. Appointment of Internal Auditors.
    7. Any other matter duly notified in accordance with the Constitution.

    Attached for your review and reference are the following documents:

    • Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements (2025)
    • Proposed Special Resolutions (No. 1 to No. 2) on Constitutional Amendments
    • Registration Form

    Note:
    a. This notification with the attachment documents, should be shared with the right authorities within the member companies as well as those who are assigned to attend the AGM. Seek your help to do the needful.
    b. Each attending member company is allowed to send two (2) representatives to attend the AGM, but only one (1) person is permitted to participate in the voting process, where applicable.
